On May 2, 2010, M:TA is celebrating the difference this project has made in this community and beyond. After five years, M:TA wants to reflect on the lives we have touched through doing this work. It is a time to acknowledge the doctors, patients, survivors and friends who helped move this project forward and put booklets in women's hands. Our hope is that this event will inspire people to not only give to what is today a public charity, but also take the time to help us get the booklets into all corners of the world so that women living with breast cancer will have this visual tool that some of us, like me, had to do without.
